You may start on the Search link. If you know who to look for, then you can type the name in the search fields on the right of here. Alternatively, look to slightly below (and right) on whose birthday, wedding or death anniversary it is today.
If you are returning to this site, then the best place to start is the What's New section. Anything changed in the last 30 days will be cataloged here.
As you browse through the site, you will notice that there is a lot more work to be done. With genealogy, it is a work in progress for ever. Check out the Statistics link. The data here gets updates as new records or existing details are updated.
"UNK" stands for "Unknown". This information is not in the database. If you know, then please be kind enough to share the details. You can use the Contact Us link, or better still use the "Suggest" tab on top of the record. (Locating the record to update will be easier).
Some dates may have "Abt" in them. This stands for "About", meaning the dates are approximate or close guesses.
The goal behind this site is to ensure that our younger generations know of their past and ancestors. There may be inaccuracies. So, contributions and corrections are very welcome. Please email all requests to pradeep@subramaniam.com.

Nov. 23, 2014: We have turned on secure browsing on this site. This is to prevent web crawlers (Google, Yahoo, etc.) from indexing the contents. Please contact me to create you an ID on the site. When we have an alternative in place, this requirement will be relaxed. Sorry for the inconvenience.
